On February 28th 2007, Sedat Tastan, 19 years old, of Kurdish origin and living in France without legal status is put in the detention centre of Le Canet (Marseilles). Bound to go to jail if he's deported to Turkey (for being a draft doger) Sedat Tastan goes on a hunger strike. After three attempts of deportation by plane, 20 days in the detention centre in Marseilles, 10 days of hunger strike and one night in jail in Meaux (near Paris) Sedat Tastan comes out free from the Bobigny Court of Justice on Monday March 19th...
