Submissions open 1 March, deadline 30 April, winner announced 25 May 2012.
Who can apply? Anyone can apply, it is an OPEN competition.
Who is judging it? The readers appraising scripts will be made up of filmmakers who have produced their own short or feature films on low/no budgets, and are currently pro-active in independent industry.
Feedback: ALL scripts will receive feedback on structure, characterisation, dialogue, visual style, pace and the feasibility of producing the script independently.
Submission Guidelines: Maximum ten minute scripts in clear script format and in any genre. Also include title page, character requirements and brief synopsis (max 100 words). Cast and locations should take into account budgetary restraints e.g. We’re not saying only one location, minimum cast, or one scene, by all means use your imagination, but keep it realistic.
