South Californian Sam Outlaw will be the final act at this year’s 10th Anniversary Glasgow Americana Festival, appearing at the CCA on Sunday evening.
With Ry Cooder a major fan, Sam calls his music “SoCal Country” and his outstanding debut release, Angeleno, with its moody yet timeless songs, made it into The Guardian’s Top 10 country albums list for 2015.
Sam played a sold-out Glasgow show earlier this year on a wave of interest and great reviews, making him a great act to bring the curtain down on our 10th anniversary celebrations.
