Glasgow Film Festival Invisible (Nematoma)

In a bid to escape his current situation, aspiring dancer Jonas pretends to be blind to enter a TV dancing competition. His new dance partner is wary at first but soon their relationship evolves and the pair become the most popular act on the show. However, a face from the past appears and threatens to not only shatter Jonas’ façade but also stir up past traumas that have long been bubbling under the surface. A brooding and dark tale, Invisible is a jigsaw puzzle of a film that doesn’t reveal the whole picture until it reaches its heart-pounding climax.
