We're offering a unique opportunity for a two-year rental of a spacious room within the Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA) on Sauchiehall Street. The space comes unfurnished, offering you the flexibility to set up according to your needs. This is a rare opportunity to become a CCA Cultural Tenant - artistic and cultural organisations that partner with CCA by contributing to our vibrant events programme in exchange for discounted office space. With 11 tenants housed within our premises, each has a bespoke arrangement with us. For us at CCA, it's invaluable having numerous cultural organisations in our building. It underpins our vision of being an arts hub, simultaneously extending the support we can provide through our open source programming approach and backing arts organisations with office space.

Key Details:
2 year tenancy
£641.66 per month excluding VAT (£770.39 including VAT), which is inclusive of internet access.

Open Day:

For those interested in viewing the space, we will be hosting an open day on 21st November. To arrange a viewing on this day, please contact jessica@cca-glasgow.com for a time.

Interested parties should send a note of interest by 5pm on 30th November. Please include a brief introduction about who you are and what you do; how you plan to use the space; and the estimated number of people who would occupy the space daily.
