We are recruiting for two roles in Common Ground: Project Co-ordinator & Group Worker

We are recruiting two new roles for Common Ground - a creative and social space within CCA, dedicated to bringing together people who are refugees and those going through the asylum process. The project is designed to provide a safe, social environment to break isolation, increase connectivity and support and build collaborations among individuals, the wider community and creative arts. It is funded by the Scottish Government’s “New Scots” fund, Paul Hamlyn Foundation and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund/ Glasgow City Council.

Common Ground Project Co-ordinator (Job Description)

Contract type: Fixed term contract for 18 months with a view to making this a permanent contract

Hours: 4 days a week/ 28 hours per week

Reports to: Common Ground Project Manager

Salary: £20,400 (based on FTE £25,500)

Start date: June/ July 2023

Common Ground Group Worker (Job Description)

Contract type: Fixed term contract for 18 months with a view to making this a permanent contract

Hours: 2 days a week/ 14 hours per week

Reports to: Common Ground Project Manager

Salary: £8,800 (based on FTE £22,000)

Start date: June/ July 2023
