Communications Manager
CCA is seeking an experienced, strategic, and imaginative Communications Manager to lead on all aspects of our communications and audience development. This is a key role, responsible for shaping and delivering the messaging that connects our artistic programme with audiences locally, nationally, and internationally.
The Communications Manager works closely with the Director and programming team to craft clear, compelling communications that reflect CCA’s values and vision. From managing press relationships and digital strategy to overseeing print campaigns and public messaging, the role offers variety, creativity, and impact. You’ll also lead on audience development initiatives, accessibility communications, and media partnerships, helping us strengthen our reach and relevance.
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, practical approach, someone who understands contemporary arts and can navigate everything from reputational risk to programme copy with confidence and care.
