Reflective of our very own dynamic and progressive Scottish Traditional Music Scene, the Traditional Music Department at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland is bursting with emerging new talent. This year’s annual Recital Festival, hosted in partnership with CCA and the National Piping Centre, will showcase performances from their BMus Traditional Music and Scottish Music Masters programmes. Every concert is 40-45 minutes in duration, entry is free, and disciplines include bagpipes, Scots and Gaelic song, accordion, fiddle, cello, piano, flute and bodhrán.
