CANCELLED - Acting Up Drama Workshops for Kids & Young People

Following the fire last night, CCA will be closed today along with most of the surrounding area on Sauchiehall Street. Our thoughts are with our friends and neighbours at Glasgow School of Art and O2 ABC, and the incredible fire service.

Acting Up drama workshops have now been running very successfully for a decade at the CCA. They provide children from the ages of 5 -17 the chance to gain performance and devising skills, make friends and gain confidence - all in this terrific setting. The children are encouraged to come up with their own ideas and characters that will be scripted by award winning writer and actor Clare Hemphill and her great team - which will be shown in the CCA theatre twice a year. Everyone of any ability is welcome - we run trial classes at £6 Pay-As-You-Go - so give it a try.

10.30 am - 11am for children with special support needs.
11am - 12pm for children 4.5 - 9 yrs. £65 for 8 week block.
1pm - 2.30 pm 9-12y yrs. Level 1 class. £70 for 8 week block
2.30pm- 4pm level 2 class. 12 -17yrs. £70 for 8 week block
