A new class this year for Body Remedy. A combination of active, passive and restorative movements accompanied by a playlist. You’ll be guided through standing and seated positions with space to investigate and interpret movement that suits your body.

Class is open level for black people and people of colour who identify as women and/or non-binary.

About Body Remedy

Based in Glasgow, Body Remedy is a creative resource and incubator for black people and people of colour who identify as women and non-binary. We recognise the power of movement and the body as a resource for healing, learning, navigation, curating your own practice and much more.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Classes are FREE but booking is required.

please arrive 10mins before class starts

WHAT TO WEAR?


Any clothing you can move comfortably around. We would recommend no jeans.

WHAT TO BRING?


A bottle of water.

Exercise matts.
