Tional are a new ‘Gaelic supergroup’ based on the Isle of Skye with close links to the island’s Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, Scotland’s Gaelic college.
Christine Primrose has toured throughout America, Australia and Europe. She is currently Head of Gaelic Song at SMO, and her many awards include ‘Gaelic Singer of the Year’ (Trad Awards, 2010).
Billy Ross was a founder member of Ossian (Trad Awards Hall of Fame, 2015). He has appeared on diverse projects such as Linn Records Complete Works of Burns.
Arthur Cormack began singing at the age of 8 and won the Mod Gold Medal aged 18. He has released several solo albums, as well as works with Mac-talla and Cliar.
Decker Forrest, an acclaimed piper from San Diego, California, leads the BA course in Gaelic and Traditional Music, SMO. Iain Smith plays mandolin, guitar and sings in both Gaelic and English.
Blair Douglas was a founding member of Runrig and is a world renowned composer and performer. His many recordings include Celtology, Beneath The Beret, A Summer In Skye, Angels From the Ashes and Leanaidh Mi. Blair was most recently Musician in Residence at SMO.

Doimnic Mac Giolla Bhríde is a renowned sean-nós singer and musician from Gaoth Dobhair, Co. Donegal who was the winner of Corn Uí Riada, the Oireachtas sean-nós singing competition, in 2009.
Gráinne Brady (fiddle) and Ryan Murphy (uilleann pipes / flute) are talented young Irish musicians currently based in Glasgow. For this event they will be appearing with guitarist Adam Brown.
