Dance House Glasgow & @TheGlasgowJam Contact Jam

Contact Jams are creative sessions for dancers, musicians, writers and visual artists to work together. During the three hour workshops everyone is invited to react, respond, explore and contribute in an open and informal environment.

Contact Jams usually take the form of Contact Improvisation... which is a form of movement exploration where focus is on the play of weight with gravity and the possibility of easily moving onto, over, with, around and under other bodies. In association with @TheGlasgowJam.

What to wear: comfy clothes and bare feet.
