Freedom of Movement
Travelling often presents its difficulties, but some face those obstacles with more verve than others. When Albert Casals, the wheelchair-using star of Little World, takes on the world, he presents a challenge to us all. An excerpt from this crowd-pleasing documentary sparks a number of questions around roaming rights. Should the state provide for social care users’ holidays? Indeed does it even provide for people to move around in Scotland and how far should portability of care go? This will be a frank discussion on the principles of movement.
