Digital Desperados Moudjahidate

This documentary interweaves original photos, film clips and interviews with women involved in the FLN-ALN (National Liberation Front) during the struggle for national independence in Algeria. Army veterans, nurses, logistical organisers, bomb deployers, spies, fundraisers and more recount and reflect on their experiences in cities, villages and the bush.

This screening will be followed by a discussion on contemporary colonialism led by Digital Desperados course participants.
