El Abrazo Tango Club Milonga with live-music by Urban Tango Collective

Glasgow Tango Studio is delighted to host a milonga with live-music provided by Urban Tango Collective, Glasgow’s exciting new Tango ensemble. With Nicola Boag at the violin along with Aileen Sweeney’s accordion and Laurie Anderson on cello, the trio plays a fresh and delightfully arranged repertoire of their chosen traditional tango tunes.

El Abrazo Tango Club provides a relaxed and enjoyable evening of Social Argentine Tango with appreciation for good floor craft and use of cabaceo. In addition to live-music the DJ of the evening, Jeff Allan, will treat you with this sophisticated and much liked choices of classical tango, tango-vals and milonga. If you are new to Argentine Tango this evening is not to be missed and an opportunity to be introduced to this wonderful dance and music.
