GFF: Raiders! The Story of the Greatest Fan Film Ever Made

In 1982, best friends Eric Zala, Chris Strompolos and Jayson Lamb set out to create a shot-for-shot remake of Steven Spielberg’s classic Raiders of the Lost Ark, armed with only a cheap Betamax camcorder, whatever finances the three 11-year-old boys can muster together, and a whole lot of heart. They almost pulled it off too, shooting every scene and stunt bar one: the aeroplane scene. Reuniting 25 years later, these childhood friends set out to finish what they started.
