The Glasgow Americana Festival is delighted to present award-winning Canadian roots duo Madison Violet.
Brenley MacEachern and Lisa MacIsaac return to the city after a successful appearance at Celtic Connections 2012. With distinctive acoustic folk pop - described as a cross between rootsy Gillian Welch, gritty Steve Earle and the bluegrass of Alison Krauss - they are currently working on new material for their sixth, full-length album.
Glasgow Americana Festival takes place between 2-6 October at various venues across the city.
