Forget Chris Evans, we’re going back to the time Matt Salinger played a decidedly less muscular version of our beloved Cap. The 1990s movie sees Steve Rogers battle Red Skull twice and save the President of the United States. They certainly don’t make ‘em like this anymore … but this movie is so bad it’s actually good.
