Glasgow Film Festival Right Here: Long Live Livi / Time to Fly / Our Fathers
Tue 3 March 2020
Long Live Livi: Livingston skateboard park became internationally legendary. Forty years on, the park is no longer a favourite. That is until a group of school girls, passionate about skateboarding, step in. Time To Fly: Sami is mum to April diagnosed with severe autism. April turns 19 and Sami wants to plan an independent future for her. Searching for the best option is a big challenge but letting go is even bigger. Our Fathers: Due to a shortage of priests in the Scottish Highlands, father James and father Maximilian are on loan by the Bishop of Aba, Nigeria. Will their humour and Igbo songs keep these remote communities alive?
