Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra GIObabies Creative Music Workshop

Join enthusiastic educators from GIO in creative music sessions for children from 0-5 years old. During a GIObabies session, children will explore new sounds and music.

GIO have a special interest in exploring making music with young children. Young children are natural improvisers and are happy to experiment with sound and music.

We believe everybody is musical and therefore in our workshops, every participant's creative input is welcomed - no matter what age they are.

We use a variety of improvisational strategies (graphic scores, conduction and free playing) to facilitate collaboration.
