Glasgow Refugee and Asylum Network (GRAMNet) Here We Stay & Portraits from Cameroon

Here We Stay is a powerful documentary which provides a unique opportunity to hear the reflections of those seeking refuge in Glasgow today. The film celebrates the rich and diverse life stories of refugees and local residents in Glasgow, captured through the theatre and music production performed at the Citizens Theatre on November 2012.

Portraits from Cameroon is a series of short testimonies of the banana workers who work on the plantations of the English speaking Faro region. These first hand stories offer an insight into the working lives of people who are at the other end of the supply chain from consumers here in Europe.
