Glasgow Tango Studio El Abrazo Milonga and Open Discussion Session

Tonight El Abrazo Milonga hosts a new event, a free discussion session about dancing Tango socially. Glasgow Tango Studio’s co-founders, dance professionals Sari Lievonen and Jeff Allan, will present some thoughts in relation to issues such as what it is to be a tango dancer, the importance of learning about Tango etiquette, and floor-craft, to open up a discussion between participants. You are welcome to come along to ask questions and share your experience about social aspects of Tango dancing. If you would rather just listen, that’s fine as well. The session is suitable for non-dancers as well as those already having begun their tango journey. The discussion is followed by the Milonga, starting at 8.45pm with music from Tango DJ Jeff Allan. Non-dancers are welcome to stay on for free as observers.
