Glasgow Tango Studio: El Abrazo Tango Club Themed Practilonga

The Themed Practilonga is a brand new social Tango event introduced by Glasgow Tango Studio that is suitable for all level of dancers. It provides a supportive learning environment in developing your Tango dancing skills and enhancing your knowledge of the social practices that are a part of the practica and milonga.

You may arrive at any time between 7.30pm -8.15pm which is a a warm-up session. After that GTS teachers Sari Lievonen and Jeff Allan will brief you in a particular theme to explore broadening your understanding of the Tango language. In addition to working with this theme you can consult the teachers for advice on other issues that you would like to work on.

Music of the evening is played in tandas with orchestras or composers specially chosen to support working on this particular practilonga’s theme.This is a fun and relaxed evening, and there’s no need to bring a partner.
