Glasgow Zine Fest Re-telling the Stories of our Lives

Sun 19 April 2020

Stories of our Lives

Sometimes we get stuck telling stories about our lives that keep us from doing the stuff we want. Stories with their roots in childhood. Stories society tells about people like us. Stories that have crept in from somewhere.

Taking inspiration from narrative therapy approaches, we will discover a range of exercises that can help us to re-tell the stories of our lives, inviting more possibility, growth and connection. We will use these to create our own workbooks to take away and try out.

This workshop will not be a group therapy session but will offer you tools that you may find useful for personal reflection or healing and self-care practices.
