From 7pm, Bermudian poet Andra Simons performs new writing with mixed media video footage.
At 7.30pm, we'll screen a selection of QTIPOC (Queer/ Trans/ Intersex people of colour) short films:

Mitraa, Dir Ravi Jadhav.
Group of Seven Inches, Dir Kent Monkman

Deviance Deviance Dir. Aron Kantor
Then from 9pm, Toronto based filmmaker, musician and author of the Lambda Literary Award finalist God Loves Hair Vivek Shraya performs a set of live acoustic music and reads from his book She of the Mountains. Shraya weaves a passionate, contemporary love story between a man and his body, with a re-imagining of Hindu mythology. Both narratives explore the complexities of embodiment and the damaging effects that policing gender and sexuality can have on the human heart.
