This powerful exploratory documentary takes viewers inside the evangelical Christian movement in both the US and Uganda. Through verité, interviews, hidden camera footage and with unprecedented access it juxtaposes this powerful western Christian movement and the consequences it brings to contemporary African culture, specifically in Uganda. Promoting an increasing level of homophobia in Ugandan society has devastating consequences not only for LGBTIQ people but for more tolerant Christians who attempt to stand in opposition to this oppression.
