Rebecca Pronsky is a born and raised Brooklynite who plays twangy folk that is as “urban as it is rural, not afraid to be sophisticated” (Maverick). She’s a “poetic lyricist” (All Music Guide) who "addresses the struggles of a generation attempting to get by” (NPR). Her live performances are "passionate and wry" (Time Out NY) and feature a collaboration with husband and lead guitarist Rich Bennett who "puts the trimmings on the music with a battery of echo drenched, twangy leads" (Blurt). Together they create a sound that has been described as “The Smiths relocated to Nashville” (Northern Sky).

It would be tempting to describe Findlay Napier as a relative newcomer to the folk and acoustic music scene, but his parents recently informed him that during a wine-fuelled evening they’d made a list of his career achievements and it filled a side of A4. Since 2006 it’s been as a contemporary songwriter that Findlay’s won praise and fans. The albums Out All Night and File Under Fiction are stuffed to the gills with rousing, sing-a-long tales of real life and the truth about love. Performing both solo and with his band The Bar Room Mountaineers, comparisons have been made to Elvis Costello, Karine Polwart, Nickel Creek and Loudon Wainwright III. A cocktail of Scottish trad roots with the punk sensibilities of Stiff Records.
