Goal! Tor! But!

As part of Goal! Tor! But! - a month-long celebration of football, community and culture from across Europe right here in Glasgow - there will be a series of video installations from international artists inspired by the beautiful game at CCA.

From the Afghan women's football team to fan pubs in Berlin, these shorts capture the unique role that football can play in uniting society.

The artworks were developed for a joint project by the Goethe Institutes in South America on the occasion of the Football World Cup 2014 in Brazil. The exhibition “Futebol” was curated by Alfons Hug.

Goal! Tor But! is organised by the Goethe Institut and the Alliance Française Glasgow, with partner organisations the Scottish Football Museum, Glasgow Life and Glasgow City Council.
