Invisible Knowledge/s Scoping Workshop
Tue 24 November 2015
Invisible Knowledge – a programme addressing knowledge production within Glasgow – started in May, with the purpose of using research to inform a public programme of events.
As part of this and through a collaboration between Glasgow Refugee Asylum and Migration Network (GRAMNet) and the Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA) we aim to make knowledge that may be invisible, for whatever reason, more visible and to find creative ways of exploring the interplay between different kinds of knowledge.
We are currently seeking to develop a programme of talks and/or events along these lines. Each event will bring together and be co-produced by communities, researchers, artists and other interested individuals. There will be around 6 talks/events at CCA between February and June 2016.
For those interested in getting involved in programming for the series, there will be an initial Invisible Knowledge/s scoping workshop at CCA on Tue 24 November from 2pm to 5pm. Space is very limited, so if you would like to attend the workshop, please contact Rebecca.Robinson@gusettlement.org and/or register through www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/invisible-knowledges-gramnetcca-scoping-workshop-tickets-19401159390
