Responding to an international collection of Artists' books, Kalopsia’s workshops will explore the connection between words, pattern and coding within the context of Contemporary Textiles Practice.

Kalopsia are a Contemporary Textiles Collective based in Edinburgh. They facilitate opportunities for Artists and Creators to explore the subject of Contemporary Textiles Practice, placing their work and ideas at the centre of our communities.

The book collection Octavo Fika houses the work of over 200 international artists. Each piece, in its own way, explores the relationship between word, pattern and coding.
