LUX Critical Forum Glasgow

Glasgow LUX Critical Forum is a monthly discussion group for artists working with the moving image, to talk about ideas and practice in a mutually supportive environment. Meeting the first Tuesday of each month, 6:30pm at CCA, the group is free and open to new members.

For December, LUX Critical Forum Glasgow and Edinburgh Artist Moving Image - Critical Network are delighted to host an open presentation by Jamie Jenkinson for the last monthly meet of 2017.

Jamie Jenkinson is a video artist specialising in popular video devices. His current research at Lancaster University explores quantum materialist approaches to video practice - which this programme is a result of. He also tutors in Visual Communication at the Royal College of Art, London; and has exhibited work internationally. The presentation is free and open to anyone interested to attend.
