Due to unforeseen circumstances this event has been cancelled.
MAW, Glasgow's premier vocal improvising group, present a free workshop exploring spontaneous playful new sounds. Open to everyone of all ages - no experience of improvising or singing necessary!
This free event will be followed by performances by iconic vocal improvisers Phil Minton and Maggie Nicols, instrument-inventor Sarah Kenchington, Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra, experimental violist Ailbhe nic Oireachtaigh, sound artist Alexandra Spence and the debut performance of MAW in collaboration with Butoh dancer Paul Michael Henry and poet Juana Adcock.
