Network Music Meet-Up

This series of workshops aims to explore the possibilities of playing computer music together through the use of Wi-Fi networks. The workshops will provide an opportunity to patch together, make mistakes, develop compositional systems and hopefully come into the joy of our laptops communicating to each other.

Anyone is welcome to participate! All you need is a laptop and some basic familiarity with Max/MSP or an equivalent software like Pure Data or Supercollider.

The workshop will be hosted by artist and composer Simon Weins, who is part of experimental music duo soft tissue.
