Ceòl is Craic joins forces with Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra to present a unique audio visual event
inspired by the infamous Scottish witch trials of the sixteenth and seventeenth century.

Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra is made up of the cream of musicians from Glasgow’s jazz, classical, folk, rock and avant garde music scenes. For this special performance they will be joined by a talented group of guest artists.

Mairi Kidd is a renowned author, educator and broadcaster who has made special study of Scotland’s history of witch trials.

Wilma Kennedy is a highly regarded Gaelic singer who has performed as part of ‘The Campbells of Greepe’.

Màiri Callan is an award winning vocalist and clarsach player.

Completing the line up is interactive video artist and film maker Brian Hartley.
