The M3 performance programme is an opportunity for young dancers and musicians to come together to learn inclusive practice, develop new work and perform in major venues throughout Scotland. The programme runs during school holidays, half terms and monthly at the CCA. Trained, professional musicians and dancers facilitate the M3 programme which is led by Paragon’s Artist in Association, Caroline Bowditch, a professional choreographer, dance teacher and performer; Anna Kenrick, YDance Artistic Director; and Paragon’s Creative Director, Ninian Perry.
I know it’s a fantastic programme because I got involved with it four years ago while I was student at school. When I first heard about a dance workshop I was hesitant about spending a week in the summer with dancers and musicians. But by the end of the week I was totally hooked and very excited to perform at Dundee Rep Theatre. It was amazing dancing to a full house and the audience loved it!

The M3 programme is run by Paragon Music in partnership with YDance and is supported by Young Start and The Robertson Trust. We also offer free taster workshops to groups. These can accommodate up to 10 wheelchair users plus another 8 ambulant young people. Tasters generally run for about 2 hours with a break in between.
