Making It Up, This Moment of June is a fascinating process created by Rebecca Lee which layers recordings and live performance across a series of workshops. Our group of musicians with a wide variety of backgrounds and musical practices work to negotiate a collective expression through improvising together with each other and with recordings of their previous efforts. Alongside Solace by Kevin Leomo, this programme asks why music is vital in the face of the challenges facing us in the present moment, and how we can work through music to find connection and grow with one another.
