Scottish PEN presents The Haystack

The Haystack investigates the shadowy world of governmental surveillance and the Investigatory Powers Bill that is racing through parliament. Joanna Cherry QC MP, David Irvine of MaidSafe & the film’s director/producer, Olivia Cappuccini joins Scottish PEN to discuss what this means for our civil liberties and what we can do to oppose suspicion-less surveillance both in Scotland and the UK.
