Scottish Screenwriters
Scottish Screenwriters was formed in 2005 by John McShane & Jerry Brannigan, continuing the work started in the various screenwriting courses they had attended. The group continues to grow and has links with the many other writing groups, as well as having contacts worldwide and 600 online members.
Meetings are on the second Monday of each month with the first half normally consisting of a short talk and Q&A from a guest industry expert, followed by workshopping of members' scripts. The aim is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for screenwriters of all levels of experience.
