Scottish Writers’ Centre Book Week Scotland with Appletree Writers

To coincide with Book Week Scotland, the nation's annual celebration of books and reading, Scottish Writers' Centre host the launch of two anthologies by Appletree Writers - In On The Tide and Harbour - which attracted submissions from all across Scotland. Editor Hannah Lavery and several of the books' contributors (including Samuel Best, G W Colkitto, Alice Mitchell, Roy Moller, and George Pirie) will read from their work. Proceeds of sales will go to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.

Appletree Writers are a community of writers who hold engaging with the wider community at its heart, and who are proud to be supporting the RNLI and Scottish Women's Aid.
