Scottish Writers' Centre Speakeasy

Dust off your gladrags and put on your best prose for a night of song and storytelling - Prohibition-style! Join us as we toast the written word with readings in English, Gaelic and Scots. We’ll be celebrating the original spirit of the Speakeasy. So from prose to slam poetry – anything goes!

Submissions will be accepted at info@scottishwriterscentre.org.uk with Speakeasy in the subject line. An SWC member of staff will contact you to set up your time slot.

There'll be live music from Neuro Trash and the best new literature in action, plus Prohibition-era costume is encouraged but optional!
