Seed to Plate

Seeds, whether grown or eaten, play a central role in food cultures around the world. Join Glasgow Seed Library and our friends at Common Ground to create a space for celebrating seeds and their people this winter.

Learn how to make traditional Palestinian hummus and falafel, and enjoy tasting them alongside dishes and salads from Eritrea and Iraq. Bring some of your favourite seeds from your kitchen or growing space to show and swap with others.

Get creative and make seedy decorations. And lend a hand in cleaning and sorting seeds deposited in Glasgow Seed Library.
