Sharing Stories of Diaspora

Sharing Stories of Diaspora
Do you have an object that has been passed on to you that tells a story or holds emotions tied to homeland and journey?
On Sunday 24 April all are welcome to share and listen to stories of diaspora, migration, place and space by bringing along and/or sharing the story of your item.
As part of the GRAMNet/CCA Invisible Knowledges programme, this event is being held to give space for the sharing of stories that would otherwise remain hidden.
There will be the opportunity to record and document through video, photography, writing, music and oral recordings. All are very welcome to drop in anytime between 2pm and 4pm within an informal and comfortable space.
Stories and archive recordings of existing stories will be screened throughout the session.
