Join a workshop on sound and spoken word facilitated by rapper, dj, producer and performer Shaheeda Sinckler aka Nova Scotia The Truth.
Participants will be invited to respond to works in the exhibition Sonic Séance: The Gathering and key values shared between Sinckler and V/DA. Sinckler will guide participants in creating a verse of lyrics or spoken word, with a basic drum beat and melody as accompaniment.
Please bring a memory stick and/or an email address in order to take away your work. This event is wheelchair accessible. Please be aware that this workshop may include profanity.
