Southern Tenant Folk Union

Since starting out in 2006, highly acclaimed folk/bluegrass band Southern Tenant Folk Union have lit up the folk music scene all over the UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Germany with their exciting live show, and have just released their fifth album, Hello Cold Goodbye Sun.

This six piece all-acoustic band (complete with banjo, mandolin, fiddle and harmony vocals) perform an eclectic mix of high energy atmospheric folk. With airplay from Bob Harris and Steve Lamacq on BBC Radio 2 and live appearances on RTE TV (The Late Late Show) and Radio 4’s Loose Ends, they've received praise in The Sunday Times, Guardian, Irish Times and Independent. As well as being artistically successful and award winning, their captivating live act sells out arts centres across Europe.
