SQIFF 2019 Rainbow Families presents: Beauty and the Beast Singalong

Sun 6 October 2019

Beauty and the Beast

Sing along with Emmas Watson and Thompson and Ewan McGregor in this romantic fairytale with a queer twist. Belle, a bright, beautiful, and independent young woman, is taken prisoner by a beast in its castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle's enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the beast's exterior, allowing her to recognise the kind heart and soul of the true prince that hides on the inside. Come along and celebrate this “tale as old as time” - featuring Disney’s first openly gay character, Josh Gad as Le Fou.

In partnership with LGBT Health and Wellbeing's Rainbow Families Project, which runs events and support for LGBTQ families in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
