St Mungo's Mirrorball Poetry Showcase

Tonight the headliner is leading Irish poet Kerry Hardie who will be supported by readings from Liz Lochhead and mentees from Clydebuilt poets mentoring programme.
Kerry Hardie has published seven collections of poetry, her most recent being The Zebra Stood in the Dark (Bloodaxe Books). She has published two novels, and is finishing a third. Her verse play, To Find a Heathen Place and Sound a Bell, written with Olivia O’Leary and broadcast in 2015.
Liz Lochhead will read along side some of the best new poets across the city, the mentees of Clydebuilt 9 - Juana Adcock, Robin Davies, Finola Scott, Katie Ailes, and Ciara MacLaverty
