SWC: Autumn Speakeasy Members' Showcase

An evening of recitals of poetry and short stories in English, Gaelic and Scots, from SWC members. Reading one’s own work is a vital experience for writers as a means to gain feedback and develop their own voice. Everyone is welcome, members and non-members alike, so come along and hear new literature in action.

The Scottish Writers’ Centre aims to be a Scotland-wide resource, to bring writers together, and spread information about our vibrant literary culture. The SWC is run solely by volunteers, therefore ‘By Writers, For Writers’ and aims to provide a space where writers can meet and share ideas and experiences about the craft of writing and learn from those further advanced.
