no + politics or What We Want / Edition Glasgow is an interdisciplinary theatre dance performance for a temporary collective of dancers, actors, visual artists and musicians from Glasgow and the tatraum projekte schmidt from Düsseldorf.

Together they create the Edition Glasgow< in a one-week rehearsal process based on the Düsseldorf performance of >no + politics<. In terms of content, they deal with the deterioration process in which many democracies find themselves and the associated perceived societal disorientation. In this context, they focus on questions about visions of the future and future fears of a coming Europe. Linked to this is a performative search for the positive power of the emotional, and the passion for political engagement.

Characteristic of the performance is the interdisciplinary work approach in which all artists are involved, the specific interaction of theatrical-dance-infused actions, visual works, interior design and textual-musical aspects. On this basis, tatraum develops their own unique templates: performative impressions and laboratories for the future.

Viewers are free to move throughout the performance space. There is no seating.
