The Fallen Angels Club Kris Drever & Boo Hewerdine

The prolific and highly rated Kris Drever and Boo Hewerdine are doubling up on their undoubted talents for two special shows in Glasgow and Edinburgh in April.

The duo are playing gigs together here at the CCA on 24 April as well as the following night at The Pleasance Cabaret Bar in the capital.

Award-winning singer Kris Drever, one-third of the award-winning trio LAU, recently released Mareel, a five-track EP which solidified his rightful place at the heart of today’s contemporary roots scene.

Like Kris, Boo Hewerdine has many admirers. He works hard and is justifiably celebrated for his work as a solo artist, band member and as a collaborative songsmith. Boo tours, writes and records with Eddi Reader, and has penned some of her biggest songs, including 'The Patience Of Angels'.
