The No/Low Budget Filmmaking Event

In 2015 Filmmakers Martyn Robertson & Ian Bustard completed the production of their feature documentary - Marty Goes to Hollywood. The film took three years to make and involved filming in Scotland and LA. They didn’t have a penny for a budget and subsequently have enjoyed widespread success with their film. They've won a BAFTA, had a BBC TX, and got a deal with a distributor.
The No/Low Budget Filmmaking Event is aimed at people interested in or working in the film and video industry in Scotland. It includes a screening of Marty Goes to Hollywood, a Q&A with the Filmmakers and a discussion about low/no budget filmmaking in Scotland and the value of it.
